We arrived late, they gave us a night tour and it was a wonderful experience. We visited 8 platforms while they explained and a Mayan ritual until we reached number 9, THE WATER! It's great because a large area of water only reaches your waist, perfect for seniors, children, or non-swimmers like me. Afterward, a dinner (we had it outdoors). Everything was delicious!! They have lockers, water shoes rental, very comfortable changing rooms, and many more things. And very importantly: THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. We had the opportunity to visit it on a rainy day after a storm that raised the water level (making it even more mystical).
They explain the 9 levels of Xibalba, tell us about the Popol Vuh, the Aluxes, the Noria, and other stories.
