Mayan Organic Chocolate

The community of Zazil Tunich has restored an ancestral custom which involves roasting (cooking) and grinding the cocoa beans until they convert into natural chocolate.

This results in a product of artisan preparation with organic ingredients and an authentic flavor. Guests can request for unsweetened, organic sweetened with sugar cane or honey.
