What time are the tours?
The facilities open from 11am, but you can only experience the experience with a tour at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm, before that it is without a guide and has the same price.
How far are they from Valladolid, Mérida and Cancún?
We are 25 minutes from the center of Valladolid, 2 hours from Cancún and 2 hours from Mérida.
Do you have transportation service?

How safe is the road?
The road to get there is very safe, only from the section from Yalcobá to the cenote it is recommended to reduce speed since it is a rural road, it is also recommended to download the map on Google Maps, since in this area there is not always a good signal and In order to keep the place private, we do not have signs on the road, but we will always be available to help you with your arrival.
How many people can access per time?
The maximum capacity per time is 20 people, this only varies if there are more people in a time but from the same group, then access to the entire group would be possible.
Can children live the experience?
Children can come and live their experience from 11am to 2pm, only when they are accessed with the guided tour, we do not recommend access for children since as it is a 30-minute explanation of the geological museum, it prevents other explorers from living their experience. experience in a calm way.
Do you have any discounts for seniors, minors or locals?
Currently we do not offer any type of discount.
What types of experiences do they have?
We have the basic product called “Mayan underworld” that includes access, guided tour and swimming, this same experience can be complemented with very traditional food, either in a Mayan dining room or bonfire and the most special one that can only really be experienced In Zazil Tunich the meals are inside the cenote 20 meters underground.
What do romantic dinners include and what do they not include?

Is there a food option for vegans or vegetarians?
For vegans or vegetarians we have the option of chaya tamales, made with local corn dough, vegetable oil and freshly cut chaya leaf, accompanied by a tomato sauce that closes the perfect flavor.
Likewise, if you have some more explicit dietary restrictions, you can easily let us know so we can support you with customized foods.
Can I request a more personalized and private experience?
Of course, contact us directly, tell us about your idea to make it a reality, we already have pre-made packages, but everything can be made to measure.
Can I rent the cenote exclusively?
Yes, it is possible to rent for a minimum of 2 hours up to 1 full day, contact us to tailor your experience.
Do you have accommodation?
We currently have some very traditional cabins exclusively for 2 people, with a bed in the air, a beautiful hand-painted mural of birds from the region, a bathroom without a door and hot water, for greater connection, in the cabins there is no Wi-Fi, but Yes we have in common areas.
When staying in the cabins you have access included between 9am to 11am, exclusive access for village guests.
Is the cenote deep for swimming at night?
The cenote is totally ideal to access at night or day, since the bottom is firm and visible at all times, the deepest part of the cenote is currently 1.8m to 2m and on the banks it is lower, this makes it ideal to appreciate the beauty of the place from the water or in the same way for water ceremonies or rituals.
How long does the activity last?
The experience of the tour and tour with dinner has an average duration of 2 hours, and may be less or more time.
How far in advance should I reserve?

Este lugar de verdad es único, he visitado varios cenotes y sin duda este ha sido el mejor hasta ahora (visité algunos cercanos a Cobá, Il kil, algunos en Yucatan,... read more abiertos y cerrados) Para empezar éramos un grupo de 8 personas, solo estabamos nosotros para la reserva de las 3pm el cenote fue exclusivamente nuestro, desde que entras al lugar que es administrado por una familia, sientes un ambiente relajado, pagamos $400 por persona pero nos incluyo la comida que fue deliciosa y totalmente privada, nos prepararon una mesa preciosa, no nos toco ritual nos dijeron que por la pandemia, nos falto eso, lo único que le recomendaría a la chica que nos dio la explicación es que hablara mas despacio, pensé que era la ínica que no entendía nada pero platicando con mi familia igual ellos no lograban descifrar lo que decía, no se si habla así siempre o tenía prisa, jeje pero igual le agradecemos mucho las atenciones, estuvo todo excelente, nadamos delicioso en un cenote completamente privado, se que en estas fechas solo reciben maximo 20 personas, así que animense, vale demasiado la pena!!

Llegamos ya tarde, nos dieron un tour de noche y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Recorrimos 8 plataformas, mientras nos dan explicaciones y un ritual maya hasta llegar a la 9 EL AGUA! Es genial porque una grande area de agua solo te llega a la cintura, especial para adultos mayores, niños o quienes no saben nadar, como yo 😅. Después una cena (nos tocó al aire libre) Delicioso TODO!! Tienen lockers, renta de zapatos de agua, cambiadores muy confortables y muchas cosas más. Y muy importante mencionar: EL PRECIO MUY ACCESIBLE, llamen, reserven, estas personas son exageradamente amables 💕

We arrived late, they gave us a night tour and it was a wonderful experience. We visited 8 platforms while they explained and a Mayan ritual until we reached number 9, THE WATER! It's great because a large area of water only reaches your waist, perfect for seniors, children, or non-swimmers like me. Afterward, a dinner (we had it outdoors). Everything was delicious!! They have lockers, water shoes rental, very comfortable changing rooms, and many more things. And very importantly: THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. Call, make a reservation, these people are extremely kind.
